Detoxification

Detoxification is helpful for most people. Sometimes during the detox process, you may feel worse as toxins are eliminated. Baking soda baths
Baking Soda baths are often good once a week, or every other week. Before the bath, take a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of reverse osmosis water (flavored with stevia and fruit juice concentrate, etc, if desired).
